Van Run Club Workshops

Spring is here and it's time to start running. Van Run Club is currently developing a Run Basics Workshop. However, we have started offering free weekly Run Form Focus jogs. For more information see the Form Focus Page. Each week the run has a focus on one aspect of the running form, teaching you how to listen to your body and adjust as needed.

We believe that an important part of running is listening to your body. Getting feedback on what forms works and doesn't work for you. Every runner is different and it's important that runners continue to listen and develop as they run. We give you tools to adjust your form so that you run in a way that is best for your body. When you listen to your body, running can be fun and easy.
