About the Event
This is an easy social run with a focus on one aspect of run form. Its meant for runners of all levels. We do a 5 min talk about the run form aspect then run for 30 mins and generally do around 4-5K.
The aspects of run form are talk about in the Run Basics Series on the blog and we teach based on the principle of helping you listen to your body so you can develop the best run form for you. As you learn to listen to your body, you can play with different aspects of run form. This method is talked about in the Run Basics Series blog called Developing Great Form. Due to Covid - 19 we keep our distance and limit group sizes. This is not an intense workout.
